Municipal Medical College. Majority of patients were in age group 51-60 years (35%) and 61-70 years (20%). Males (70%) were found to be in higher proportion compared to females (30%). Most comm on presenting symptom was jaundice (90%). Most common cause was periampullary carcinoma (60%). It was found that the most common complication following Whipple’s procedure and Triple Bypass Surgery was pancreatic fistula.
